Hello & Welcome...
Hercules (his real name) is a verifiably experienced professional in Massage Therapy & Bodywork.
He started his education journey while living in New Jersey where he graduated from Stockton University with a B.S. in Social Behavioral Science.
After graduating he continued his massage work in the New Jersey, New York & Pennsylvania areas until the early 2000’s when he moved to California.
In California, he continued to practice massage, develop a coaching practice, and became a trained cuddle therapist. Wanting a change from the crowded life of California, Hercules set his vision on Vermont to bring his work to, and he is happy he did.
Before even pursuing his academic education, Hercules graduated from the Institute of Natural Therapeutics in Denville, New Jersey over 35 years ago.
His studies of massage and bodywork have included a wide variety of techniques, including Swedish and sports massage. deep tissue massage, pre/postnatal massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, assisted stretching, hot stone massage, and much more.
Through the years, he has continued learning and teaching in many areas of massage, body, energy work and more...He has worked in many fields of the massage & bodywork industry from gyms, spas, clinics to hospitals and because of his ability and experience, Hercules has been working with collegiate, semi-professional and professional athletes & sports organizations. Hercules was even invited to be a part of an episode of “Last Call With Carson Daly”.
During his off time. Hercules serves as the president of AMTA Vermont, which is a chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Hercules is a true specialist in the way that he customizes his client sessions based on the needs of each individual's body, mind, and energy.
He truly loves his work and looks forward to sharing it with you.
